Operations at Tessian
Tessian is looking for an ambitious, versatile, and results-oriented individual to join our founding US team to lead all people, productivity, and operations initiatives as the US Chief of Staff.
Over the next 12 months, Tessian will grow from 5 to 30 people and define itself as one of the US’ fastest growing cybersecurity / machine learning companies. With this will come logistical, operational, and people-related challenges that need solving effectively.
You’ll be part of our Founding US team and work directly with the Head of US. You will lead all US hiring efforts during this pivotal moment of growth, delivering an incredible employee lifecycle: sourcing, onboarding, and appraising ambitious and high-calibre candidates while ensuring a cohesive company culture. You will ensure that Tessian Inc. provides the best possible opportunities for employees to develop their careers within the company.
You’ll also lead what will begin as a one-person Operations team to ensure the smooth running and productivity of the US office. This will involve working with the Head of US on new productivity initiatives: creating new systems / processes, overseeing resources (both people & financial), and even planning company events.
This role requires someone who is willing and able to wear many hats and get involved. This is a unique opportunity to directly impact the culture and growth of a proven, rapidly-growing technology start-up.
