The THG People (HR) Team plays a pivotal role within THG. Hundreds of people centred decisions are made daily within THG. The People Team ensure these are done fairly and consistently to help continue driving THG forward in its ambitions, growth and success. The People Team ensure employee wellbeing is championed throughout THG whilst upholding the company values. We help to shape policies and procedures that provide a framework where everyone is treated with respect whilst fostering a high performing culture where every colleague can achieve their ambitions. THG People Team provides our managers and colleagues with the coaching and skills they require to keep leading THG into the future and to the cutting edge of our industries.


About the role 

  • Work collaboratively with key stakeholders, producing regular reports, identifying trends and outlining any actions resulting from these reports
  • Cleansing and ensuring data integrity, keeping the HR system up to date with live and accurate information
  • Supporting with HR systems
  • Build, and develop new and existing dashboards


  • Manage and develop new and existing scorecards, identifying areas of improvement, and implementing changes, acting on stakeholder feedback to provide the data required
  • Supporting ad hoc projects and requests




  • The ability to balance a busy workload
  • Organised and able to prioritise
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • The ability to identify problems, and create solutions to improve efficiency
  • Able to manage stakeholder expectations
  • A good working knowledge of excel, including VLOOKUP’s and Pivot Tables
