Sr. Sales Operations Analyst (Commissions) at Recorded Future

The Role: Senior Sales Ops Analyst (Commissions)

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage monthly end-to-end global commission calculation process - accrual, sales review, payment approvals, statement release, and payroll submittal
  • Support annual sales planning process including capacity assessment, quota assignment, and incentive plan metrics
  • Administer various sales spiffs and incorporate into rep performance results
  • Select, implement, and administer incentives management solution
  • Manage and automate sales rep scorecard including publishing leaderboards to office monitors and Hoopla app
  • Continuously assess rep performance in stage conversion metrics, POC conversion rates, new-hire ramp, etc. to help inform enablement opportunities and planning / forecasting assumptions  
  • Provide ad-hoc business analysis as needed   


  • 3-5 years experience in sales operations, finance, or business operations  
  • SFDC proficiency
  • Previous experience administering and calculating sales commissions
  • Superb attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Inquisitive, problem-solver, and highly analytical
