We believe we’re building a game changer for both the retail and property industries: and so far 180,000+ brands and 1,000s of landlords agree with us. The majority of major landlords in the NY have signed up exclusively to use Appear Here as a flexible retail specialist. We’re now looking for a Strategic Account Manager to lead the relationships with our key Landlord Partners.
Alongside defining the growth strategy for our key regions of the city, the candidate will directly manage key relationships with major landlords, generating value for them from the platform. As the retail landscape dramatically shifts we want to make sure we are front and centre for Landlords as this industry is revolutionised. The ideal candidate will have significant experience within Real Estate asset management and an existing personal network.

You’ll be a self-starter, excited by the challenge and ready to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in.
What you'll be doing
- Ownership of overall Strategic Accounts / Estates Supply strategy in our core market, and working closely with the GM on developing a blueprint that can be rolled out to new markets
- Own relationships with major NY Estates – aggressively closing deals on new accounts and expanding existing ones to increase portfolio penetration and revenue generate
- Own the optimisation of the Strategic Accounts portfolio management process in order to drive contribution to the greater business
- Work, when necessary, with brands to ensure we find them the best space for their idea within your portfolio.
