THG is looking to recruit a Procurement lead to manage the procurement workstream within our Sage X3 implementation.
You will work within a cross functional team covering the end to end ‘Procure to Pay’ workstream to ensure that strategic procurement requirements and processes are taken into consideration whilst we configure and implement SAGE X3 group wide.
- Ensure that THG’s SAGE implementation provides key individuals involved in purchasing with accurate and live information so that they can make informed buying decisions
- Advise on relevant procurement processes to manage and control expenditure throughout the group
- Advise on required outputs, covering spend analytics and other key metrics as well as integration requirements for e-sourcing, contract life-cycle management and supply-base management tools.
To be considered for this role you should have the following skills / experience:
c. 5 years’ experience in procurement, MCIPS qualified and direct materials experience (ideally packaging or raw materials).
Experience working with ERP systems (if you have experience with testing and implementation that would be an advantage)
Strong communication skills particularly an ability to translate commercial requirements into business decisions
Strong analytical & numerical skills
Strong and proven commercial acumen
Proficient in using Microsoft Office to a high standard, particularly Excel.
