About the Role:
The Affiliate Marketing Manager will lead a team that strives for excellence and delivers successful high profile campaigns, with sizeable budgets, on a global scale for our beauty brands. The business strategy is currently looking at untouched international opportunities and is eager to launch in new markets, whilst looking at new strategy and ways to continue growing existing territories through affiliate channels.
The perfect candidate for this role will be commercially focused, ambitious, and have a 'bigger picture', strategic approach and experience. They will lead a team in building strong, progressive growth in territories and maintain senior level relationships to grow affiliate networks.

You will be responsible for:
- Growing our multiple beauty brands global affiliate networks, constructing plans to drive profitable growth and manage strong working relationships
- Managing an ever growing team and developing their industry knowledge, passing down best practice and building on both affiliate relationships and technical abilities
- Analytical training and ongoing support for your team
- Delivering against the traffic and sales targets for the affiliate channel
- Collaborating on marketing campaigns and project managing across the brand
- Working closely with other channels and business units to understand the “bigger picture”
