We’re now expanding our Marketing team and hiring for a Marketing Manager dedicated to the rapidly growing Delivery vertical.


Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the Marketing Manager’s key challenge is to define and deliver a strategic approach for the Delivery Insurance. This will be done through defining and delivering strategy for the food and parcel delivery riders and by promoting the importance of delivery insurance to the different delivery partners.

What you’ll be doing:


You will work closely with Tech, CRM, Performance Marketing, Sales, Customer Support, Business Intelligence to successfully establish strategies in this rapidly growing segment and build expertise in understanding and identifying trends among delivery riders and work providers in the food and parcel delivery sector.

  • Understand the customer journey: What, When, Why and How across the UK and Ireland markets

  • Establish marketing goals based on past performance and market forecasts

  • Research and analyse market trends, demographics, pricing schedules, competitor products, and other relevant information to form marketing strategies

  • Work with marketing staff to develop detailed marketing plans for all media channels and sales teams

  • Approve and oversees the creative development of promotional materials, website content, advertisements, and other marketing-related projects

  • Communicate with various media buyers, advertising agencies, printers, and other services to help marketing projects come to fruition

  • Develop cost-effective marketing plans for each product or service in accordance to the allocated budget

  • Track all marketing and sales data and create detailed written reports and verbal presentations to bring to senior executives

  • Adjust marketing campaigns and strategies as needed in response to collected data and other feedback


Who are you?

  • You have a minimum of 4 years experience in a senior marketing position

  • You have experience working in a high growth environment

  • You thrive when you can own your work and responsibilities

  • You are comfortable in getting your ‘hands dirty’ while also mentor and delegate to junior team members where needed

  • You are excited about being part of disrupting the traditional insurance industry to make it more fair and suitable for today’s workers
