We are looking for an Solution Engineer to join our rapidly growing Solution Delivery Team to help ensure our clients get the solution they need when they sign up to ComplayAdvantage. As part Solution Delivery Team your primary responsibility will be to set up and configure our Transaction Monitoring solution according to client specifications. You will work directly with our Customer Success team and get exposure to one of the most rapidly growing parts of the financial technology industry.

- Work with the Customer Success team to configure the Transaction Monitoring platform according to client specifications both during initial setup and post live
- Ensure client setup is completed according to the Solution Team standards and guidelines
- If required, attend client check-in calls to support Customer Success team
- Facilitate support requests on client environments
