We are looking for an assistant to help with a freight daily administration tasks that support the logistics, operations, & purchasing teams. Assume role of primary point of contact between the freight forwarders and internal LoveCraft’s users.
Arrange and oversee end to end freight shipments with a range of shipping partners and suppliers ensuring dispatch and delivery schedules are achievable and will be met.
Work directly with 3rd party freight carriers to make sure LoveCraft’s needs and preferences are managed effectively.
Support in organizing necessary documentation for transit and customs clearance, including commercial invoices, clearance instructions, processing through to delivery confirming key milestones and providing POD's & supporting documents as required.
Keeping databases up to date on incoming orders' arrival dates, monitoring high value orders to ensure they arrive on time.
Responding to supplier behaviour, collecting missing data, encouraging & monitoring compliance related to shipping and delivery, chasing suppliers on issues to improve collaboration between LoveCrafts and 3d parties.
Daily exports from company databases and data updates across a range of programmes (Navision, Google sheets, Excel) for reporting needs.
Working cross-functionally to resolve and reduce exceptional errors to the inventory process in our automated systems.
Collaborate and create strong interpersonal relationships between 3rd party providers and internal LoveCraft’s teams to make sure KPI are achievable.
Inform management of ongoing performance issues.
Bachelor’s degree in logistics, transportation, supply chain, business or finance.
Experienced English speaker and writer.
Ability to perform open and proactive communication approach with all levels of management.

Kind, supportive and collaborative.
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel guru).
