Digital Marketing Lead - Indonesia at Luno

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Lead to help us drive user acquisition in Indonesia through a combination of various performance marketing channels . You will be an integral part of the Indonesia team that aims to build a large and successful business in the market. You will lead all online channel efforts across platforms such as Google, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and many others. A large part of the role will also be to work cross-functionally with our global marketing teams based in London and Cape Town.

 

What you will do:

  • Creation and execution of strategies across all performance marketing channels including Display, Affiliates, Social, PPC and SEO
  • Understand the conversion funnel and come up with a communication strategy to drive conversions for both web and app users
  • Proactively own Indonesia metrics and drive performance to scale within target CPA
  • Lead A/B testing using statistical models
  • Build creative ad concepts based on local insights and work with creative designers to create engaging campaigns
  • Keeping ahead of industry best practice through research and testing

What we would like you to have:

  • Successfully completed your bachelor or master studies in Business, Marketing or other related field
  • 3+ years’ experience in online marketing, including display
  • Well versed in display advertising and retargeting on channels such as Facebook/Instagram and Youtube
  • Experience developing relevant optimization strategies to achieve relevant business KPIs
  • Comfortable with analytics platforms such as Looker and Google analytics to make data driven decisions
  • Fluent in oral and written English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • You are someone who is results oriented, likes to take the initiative, can work independently and a team player
