Content Production Specialist at Recorded Future

This position is a key technical support role within our Intelligence Services Automation/Advisor group. The primary responsibilities include developing learning and visual content for Recorded Future University.

We are looking for a superstar training content developer. Do you like an intellectually challenging, fast paced environment where you can design learning materials from scratch and turn them into professional courses? Think you could make a Youtube video explaining machine learning using a box of colored crayons? Then you might be perfect for our role. You will be working closely with Intelligence Services Consultant. You’ll directly support Intelligence Services (customer success) outcomes as you design and deploy learning solutions, working with Professional Services, Engineering, Product Management and Intelligence Services (Customer Success) to speed time to value learning paths and training content.

We're looking for a candidate with:

  • Experience designing learning content, particularly SCORM/xAPI learning content.
  • A strong technical foundation in visual design and e-learning technology.
  • Passion for working with security and operations professionals to deliver cyber threat intelligence solutions.


  • Develop dynamic course content including, but not limited to, SCORM packages, video web-based training, GIFs, animations, to support adoption of Recorded Future services by users, employees, and partners.
  • Create, deploy, and refresh content in multiple formats to support hybrid courses and self-paced e-learning content within a full-featured LMS.
  • Work collaboratively with subject matter experts and client facing consultants to analyze customer learning demands and objectives.
  • Manage multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment  


  • 2 years of experience with learning content design and curriculum development (you have developed course content that have been taught by someone other than yourself successfully)
  • Experience in developing effective training content for technical audiences.
  • 1 year of experience in training content development within related field (cyber threat intelligence or cybersecurity, preferably at a SAAS company) a plus
  • Ability to work independently and proactively
  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
  • The hunger and drive to succeed in a startup environment
