Our ideal candidate has outstanding communication skills, proven history in customer community building or engagement, and is excited about building collaboration around cyber threat intelligence problem sets. 

The Role: Recorded Future is looking for a highly motivated, dynamic, and passionate Technical Recruiter to help bring new top talent to our company. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years experience in full cycle recruiting, a history of recruiting for technical roles in the SaaS industry, as well as a love for start up culture.


  • Partner with managers and the recruiting team to gain understanding of the company’s hiring needs and job specifications for each position to ensure we identify and hire top talent
  • Ensure a high touch candidate experience from beginning to end while owning full life cycle responsibilities
  • Drive innovative sourcing strategies to engage and attract top talent in the market
  • Develop a constant talent pipeline that can be quickly accessed and engaged
  • Liaise closely with internal functions to ensure a smooth hiring process – legal, finance, sales strategy, HR and compensation & benefits
  • Work towards quarterly hiring deadlines
  • Design and lead events to attract talent and drive employment brand
  • Advise managers and executives on building an efficient pipeline and proper workforce planning to reach hiring targets
  • Ensure a high level of data integrity with our ATS system


  • 5+ years of experience in full cycle Recruiting, preferably in the software/security industry with a focus on IT related roles
  • Experience working at a high-growth startup strongly preferred
  • Experience sourcing and closing passive candidates
  • Exceptional attention to detail, follow up, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Creative, responsive, and adaptive in a dynamic and fast paced environment
  • You know how to work on a small but highly effective team and can grow with us as we grow the company
