As our business grows, so does our team, and the Operations team is at the heart of our company culture. Our aim is to provide our best in class support for our management team, colleagues and customers alike.

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and driven personal assistant to join us and offer top-level assistance to our management team.

 

The Role

You’ll be working closely with the PA team to support our Chief Revenue Officer and wider sales team. You will support them daily in a wide variety of tasks, including the following;

Diary Management:

  • Arranging internal and external meetings, including travel and accommodation, room bookings/VC.
  • Working with multiple time zones.

Event planning:

  • Ownership of organisation for internal and external events including monthly and quarterly reviews, sales meeting, business updates and team events.
  • Ability to work within in a set budget.

General support:

  • Support the management team with all aspects of life at GC including expenses, correspondence, note taking/agendas and preparation of presentations/documents.

 

What we're looking for

You will have proven PA experience at an executive level for several stakeholders (Preferably in Sales).
