Head of Outbound Growth at Tessian

Outbound Growth is the art and science of making something from nothing by reaching out to a prospect. Most of our revenue has been generated this way -- first by our founders, then our direct sales team and now by our purpose-built Outbound Growth team.
We grew revenue by over 5x in the last 12 months, and we have bold ambitions to do that again in the next 12 months. A key to achieving this is our Outbound Growth team, which will be scaling up to match our pipeline goals.
We are looking for a permanent Head of Outbound Growth to make this happen. You’ll be responsible for a quarterly pipeline generation target, reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer. The role will include hiring the best talent, developing them into star Outbound Growth Associates (and beyond!) and ensuring nothing stands in the team’s way to hit the pipeline target.

You will lead one of the fastest growing and largest teams in Tessian:

    • Drive the entire outbound pipeline to support our 5x per year growth
    • Hire the top talent to the team (graduates and 1-2 years experience)
    • Provide a fantastic onboarding experience to new joiners
    • Develop the team into star associates and propel them into whatever is next in their Tessian careers
    • Use technology to optimise the performance of the team and to give accurate pipeline forecasts
    • Remove any barriers to success and motivate the team to achieve their goals
    • Define outbound strategy and have a seat at the table for the revenue generation strategy as a whole
