We are a fast-growing start-up, backed by the founders of Skype, Transferwise and Zoopla

In the past year we’ve scaled the team from 6 to 35, launched in North America, closed a $10m Series A led by Balderton Capital, and scaled to over 1,000,000 users. We’re building a world-leading team as we grow, driving us toward 10 million users over the coming 12 months. You’ll take the lead in driving our forward-thinking, engaged and ambitious team forward, globally


We're looking for a Senior UX / Information Architect to help us build Cleo. This role is the first of its kind and will be responsible for shaping design including layout, navigation and flow of Cleo’s conversations with our users


Some of the things you'll get involved with:

  • Organise the way our customers interact with Cleo through organising the way we display information to make their journey simple and intuitive
  • Collaborate with our awesome Product, Engineering and Growth teams to take Cleo to new heights
  • Determine the hierarchies of information and content flow
  • Lead design projects from user requirement gathering through to the finished article
  • Help shape the design culture that will end up defining how millions of users interact with Cleo
  • Be at the forefront of the true FinTech revolution
    • Help millennials pay off their debt and save enough money to buy a house
    • Stop banks from making £millions from crazy overdraft fees


What are we looking for?

  • Strong understanding of user-centric design
  • Experience testing new concepts in the way users interact with products or information
  • Deep experience working with external facing communication
  • Proven experience building a highly successful consumer product
  • You believe in experimenting, building and iterating fast


How long will all this take?

We aim to move as fast as possible, usually 2 weeks is enough time for us all to get to know each other
