An exciting position has opened up on our Global Digital Marketing team. ComplyAdvantage is seeking a great communicator and experienced B2B content marketer to help us scale our content marketing function, supporting the end-to-end buying cycle - from building our profile to marketing campaigns to sales engagements. You will be responsible for planning and creating fantastic content that attracts and informs customers about how our AI with great technology and people reduces the risk of financial crime.

The goal is to convey how and why our technology is market-leading so we engage customers, the media and analysts.

What You Will Do

  • Your time will be split between messaging and content planning, creating assets with a designer and writing fantastic copy for regular needs and updates - e.g. emails, webpages, product sheets
  • You will be responsible for managing a roster of individuals contributing to the content calendar and have final sign off for what gets published.
  • Plan and create content to effectively deliver ComplyAdvantage’s message globally, primarily industry-focused - e.g. Banking, Insurance, Gaming
  • Work with all other areas of marketing to understand and effectively support their in-country campaigns and activity with appropriate content.
  • The content will be used used in ABM, demand generation, nurture campaigns, public relations and sales engagements - so it’s thought leadership through to product information.
  • Create assets such as whitepapers, blog and social media posts, case studies, videos, webinars, emails and data sheets. Your ideas will help us develop new formats to continually improve our reach and cut-through with our target audiences.
  • Define KPIs to measure content effectiveness, working with colleagues to create meaningful reports to help us make strategic and tactical decisions about our content marketing

Who You Are

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, Public Relations, Journalism or other equivalent work experience required.
  • Minimum 4 years experience with B2B multi-channel content creation, and a strong understanding of inbound content marketing principles.
  • A B2B technology marketing background - with the ability to imagine the possibilities for customers using new technology.
  • Editorial mindset that seeks to understand what audiences need and how to create rich content that will benefit a wide variety of readers.
  • The ability to navigate an emerging market and deliver results in a high-paced, deadline-oriented marketing environment.
  • Experience managing vendors and other third-party contributors that play a role in the content creation
  • Knowledge of tools such Google Analytics, WordPress and Pardot is a plus.
  • Previous experience generating marketing content focusing on Fintech sectors is a plus.
