Outbound Growth is the art and science of making something from nothing by reaching out to a prospect. Most of our revenue has been generated this way -- first by our founders, then our direct sales team and now by our purpose-built Outbound Growth team.
We grew revenue by over 5x in the last 12 months, and we have bold ambitions to do that again in the next 12 months. A key to achieving this is our Outbound Growth team, which will be scaling up to match our pipeline goals.
We are looking for an Outbound Growth Manager to join our team. You’ll be responsible for a team of Outbound Growth Associates and will report to the Head of Outbound Growth.
The role will include hiring the best talent to your team and developing them into star Outbound Growth Associates. You will have direct line management responsibility for your team and will ensure that nothing stands in their way to hit the pipeline target. You will also have a quota of your own, dependent upon the size of your team.

You will manage a team within Outbound Growth:

    • Support your team to deliver their pipeline targetHire the top talent to your team (graduates and 1-2 years experience)
    • Provide a fantastic onboarding experience to new joiners
    • Develop the team into star associates and propel them into whatever is next in their Tessian careers
    • Use technology to optimise the performance of the team and to give accurate pipeline forecasts
    • Remove any barriers to success and motivate the team to achieve their goals

We'd love to meet someone who

    • Is or has been a top performer on an outbound growth or inside sales team
    • Has some management experience or the potential and desire to be an inspiring manager
    • Has excellent sales instinct
    • Knows what it takes to hit targets that are increasing every quarter
