We are looking for a Key Account Manager for our Proof-of-Concept technical sales team.
By joining Furhat, you will accompany us on a journey to create world-leading conversational robots that interact with us the way we interact with each other. You will be part of a very ambitious team of scientists, entrepreneurs and engineers building the most advanced social robotics platform on the market. Furthermore, you will be an early employee at one of the most promising and high impact startups, backed by some of Europe’s most prominent investors.

As a Key Account Manager, you will:
Key point of contact for clients
Identifying new business projects that scale
Build relationships and get creative on potential deal ideas
Manage client expectations and interpret their requirements
Organising sales visits and presenting at senior level
Preparing tenders, proposals and quotations
Providing sales support and client training
Negotiating contracts, terms and conditions
Close liaison with robot interaction team
Help in the design of custom-made products
Reviewing cost and sales performance
Writing reports and sales material
Attending exhibitions and meetings globally
Skills & Requirements
Suitably strong experience of technical sales
Experience of fast moving start-ups is a plus
Driven attitude with excellent sales skills
Able to adapt to any business sector
Sound judgement and good business sense
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Resilience and tenacity
Independence and self-reliance
