What you will do in the role
As a Customer Engagement Analyst, you will be responsible for acquiring and engaging leads and WeChat contacts to register on Prodigy Finance.
Specific responsibilities include:
Management of customer enquiries online - handle regular one-to-one and group student chats on a daily basis to support inbound volume via WeChat and other social platforms and forums.; follow up and explore each contact/ lead to maximum potential
Collect and analyse lead data (sources, stage, preferences, majors, feedbacks)
Maintain social/platform social feeds and boost engagement with regular posts, articles and commentary
Content creation in the form of articles, messages and pictures as shareables on digital channels to attract traffic and prospects’ attention
Manage and create new online community groups, and proactively resolve questions
Monitor competitors’ positioning and create strategies that set up Prodigy Finance with competitive barriers in the market
Create and implement customer growth plans

Delivering high quality models, data, and insights, which break down problems into solvable components, provide clearly backed up options to inform the decision makers’ thinking
Presenting recommendations and implementing solutions which genuinely help drive strategic and operational decision making and improve business performance
The volume of your output – can you get stuff done often to a tight deadline? The quality of your output – is your work product “best in class”, accurate and well presented? Your proactivity – can you get stuck in without much direction or management?
Building strong relationships across all stakeholders within Prodigy Finance
What you need to be great at
Active management of customer feedback on WeChat and other platforms - Daily monitoring of customer feedback & answering queries
Handle chats on a daily basis to stay current and support inbound volume via WeChat
Be innovative in sharing our USP’s to customers and identify new ways of getting in front of the prospective customer segment for your market
Initiate conversations/ calls when necessary to get feedback and understand pain points/ growth opportunities for Prodigy Finance to be successful in your market
Design and monitor triggers/ flags where the customer experience and conversion process is breaking down
Be the primary point for Regional Partnerships’ concerns; with respect to customer feedback from the WeChat channel and other channels in your market
Provide feedback to the Company on customer feedback, service levels and funnel performance
Provide a weekly summary of the market performance from a customer service perspective
Ensure that key pain points or opportunities are highlighted to the relevant person in the business
Ability to work autonomously without micro-management and clear direction, in a rapidly changing and often ambiguous environment; possess the self-motivation and inner drive to set and deliver against tight deadlines bringing a “results focused” approach

Must speak Chinese
