The Business Operations & Strategy team
The mission of the Business Operations and Strategy team is to help GoCardless make high-quality decisions and to translate these decisions into action. We are a small team and report directly into the CEO.
As a team, our work is project-based and wide-ranging. Recent priorities have included designing and implementing a customer segmentation, forecasting Revenue and developing a new organisation design. In each case, the team has owned the analysis and then worked closely with key stakeholders (CEO & Management) both to form recommendations and to determine how best to implement them.
In some instances, the team also takes direct responsibility for delivering cross-functional programmes, by ensuring that these programmes get into implementation and guiding them to fast and pragmatic execution.
The Business Operations and Strategy team is based in our London HQ.
