Job Description

Adludio is hiring an Associate Sales Planner to join our National Sales Team in the Los Angeles office! You will work closely with our Sales Team to ensure smooth coordination of all campaigns, under the guidance of the Client Service Manager. As the Associate Sales Planner you will ensure sales executives are achieving sales revenue targets, growing client outreach/meeting numbers, and producing the maximum conversion rate from RFP to IO. You will act as a primary point of contact between Sales and Adludio’s Product/Campaign Management teams, in order to establish strong internal communication and set proper client expectations. This role will support the sales team to ensure they are hitting their outreach and sales meeting targets, aiming for the highest conversion rate from RFP to IO. They will help prepare RFP materials, which includes working with the creative team to develop design concepts, generating site lists, and determining targeting and consumer profiles that are relevant and of value to the client.

You will:

 

Coordinate with relevant internal departments on all levels of campaign execution

Facilitate communication between Sales Team and the rest of Adludio’s internal teams

Respond to RFPs and ensure all client KPIs/objectives are consistently met

Generating enhanced targeting site lists, media plans, and proposal decks

Implement strategies to ensure Sales Team is achieving all revenue and outreach targets

Scope and develop sales proposals and presentations that effectively maximize client investment opportunities.

Develop and maintain a well-coordinated internal relationship with the Campaign Management team in London and act as a liaison between regions when it comes to pre-sale requests.

Coordinate with the delivery team (campaign management), sales, and client services to make sure there is a clear plan in place for delivering a campaign.

Ensure clients’ demands are always met in a prompt and timely manner - going above and beyond for our clients.

Answer the clients’ pre-sale questions in a timely manner and ensure their problems are resolved; conduct follow-up tasks

Must have:

 

1-2 years experience in digital advertising planning for an ad tech company or media agency

Experience in executing digital campaigns from both planning and technical sides

Proven sales planning experience required in order to support existing relationships and create new business opportunities

Both pre and post sale experience

Extremely detailed and organized

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Self starter, comfortable working in fast-paced, growing environment

Is flexible and can deal effectively with changes in priorities or ambiguity

Nice to have:

 

Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level.

Aptitude, creativity, and a preference for working in small, collaborative teams with minimal supervision

Ability to identify and convert new business opportunities.
