Adludio Limited is an award winning (reference TechCrunch Europas) company specialising in sensory advertising, an innovative digital advertising technique that brings adverts to life on mobile devices via use of 3D effects, gyro and haptic feedback. Adludio works with a plethora of premium global brands and world renowned media agencies.  With offices in London, New York, Los Angeles, Singapore, Hong Kong and Paris. Adludio is currently going through rapid growth, and is therefore looking for an HR Manager to oversee the full HR function.

Job Description

The HR Manager will drive the company forward by managing employee relations, performance and career progression. They will be responsible for internal communications and will regularly communicate existing and new company policies, plan and inform on events.

You will:


Hold regular company wide communication to inform, update and remind all on company processes, policies, and announcements when appropriate.

Identify talent needs and facilitate the recruitment process.

Work closely with line managers to draft job descriptions.

Follow recruitment process through to employment offer.

Follow onboarding process as prescribed for each territory.

Follow offboarding process as prescribed for each territory.

Process payrolls

Liaise with pension scheme administrators on newcomer auto enrolment and leaver notifications.

Report monthly on pension contributions.

Be the contact person for participants of schemes.

Employee Share Option Scheme (ES0S).

Ensure scheme compliance: Annual Returns, notification of grants.

Know the UKVI responsibilities of a Tier 2 sponsor company.

Company, team and individual objectives

Work with C-Suite and line managers to set, communicate and monitor performance goals. 

Conduct Employee reviews, management reviews and 360 feedback.

Conduct career succession planning. 

Leave and absenteeism

Maintain all types of leaves on CharlieHR.

Facilitate and mediate all such conflicts, disputes & grievances with management.

Keep up to date records on CharlieHR and well organised documents on the Google Drive.

Arrange both informal and formal entertainment (e.g. Friday evening drinks, birthday celebrations, office lunches, organised events, team building etc).

Conduct happiness surveys and online suggestion boxes

Work closely with the COO to ensure there is a process to run the office smoothly.

Must have:


5-8 years experience in a similar role.

Relevant tertiary degree/advanced diploma.
