Adludio is hiring a Business Operations Manager to join the team in our New York office. You will work directly with the President and Founder of the company to help support the day-to-day operations as we continue our expansion into the US, while learning first-hand what it takes to run and scale a business in the world of tech. The Business Operations Manager is responsible for providing top quality business administration support to all of Adludio US’ internal management teams. You will aim to design and implement the necessary business structures that will enable each team to operate at their highest level. Your primary goal will be to drive high-performance expectations across the board for all departments and help Adludio position itself for sustainable growth in the US market.
Facilitate workflow across management teams in Los Angeles and New York, driving process and structure of collaboration across each department to ensure greatest operational efficiency (Sales, Design, Ad Ops, Client Services, Product, Finance, Human Resources).
Work closely with US leadership to ensure the company has the most efficient tools, systems, and processes in place to drive sustainable growth in market.
Coordinate and attend senior-level meetings, create workable agendas, distribute materials, and take detailed notes, as needed.
Prepare and assemble materials in advance of the President’s internal and external meetings (board meetings, weekly retro, international sales meeting, etc); oversee appropriate follow-up after meetings.
Partner with Finance team to predict and manage hiring needs based on current and future work.
Work with the President to evaluate and plan expansion into new territories across the US.
Assist with and oversee employee on-boarding and off-boarding by coordinating with Human Resources, department head, and other groups, as needed (recruitment, key documentation, orientation, training schedule, etc).
Regularly evaluate the efficiency of Adludio's internal business procedures according to the company's organizational objectives and management feedback to apply improvements.
Schedule and help plan executive-led meetings (board meetings, internal weekly retros, international sales meetings, etc) and assist in preparing and organizing meeting materials.
Experience in a project management, organising and executing towards project goals
Proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making capabilities.
Extremely meticulous organizational, planning, calendar management, and project management skills.
Able to effectively establish priorities, work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Expertise with MS Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel), experience working with other corporate software tools.
Ability to handle information that is sensitive and confidential in a professional manner.

Education: undergraduate degree
Ideally 2-3 years operational experience, working across interdisciplinary teams
General administrative experience (note-taking, copying, scanning, filing, mailing, purchasing office supplies, etc.)... and not afraid to roll-up your sleeves once in a while.
Would be helpful (but not essential) to have experience in a start-up environment, or a general understanding of the challenges and opportunities a start-up culture provides.
Education: MBA or postgraduate qualification
