What are we looking for:
1. Educational Background: BBA/ MBA (HR) from a top tier university.
2. Experience: 3- 4 years of HR relevant experience (out of which 2 years of Performance Review experience only)
3. Ideal candidate should be confident and expressive
4. Good communication skills (verbal + written)
5. Detail oriented
6. Passionate about understanding our business model and e-commerce industry of Pakistan.
7. Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind.
1. He/She should be able to analyse the roles different people play within each department.
2. Should understand the current performance review structure and what challenges exist as of now with the current structure.
3. Should be able to redesign and enhance our performance review cycles as per our changing business needs.
4. Can provide guidance to Karachi HR team when needed.
