We’re looking for excellent Talent Acquisition team members to help us find our next tranche of bright, thriving candidates to join us as we grow. Nothing is more important to Tessian's future than the people joining our team, and this role is critical to ensuring that we find and recruit the very best. As our team expands, we need a scalable hiring procedure and this role will be focused on helping to deliver that process.
This role will involve candidate outreach and engagement, via online platforms, over the phone and in-person. You’ll be speaking to technical candidates on a daily basis to encourage the best talent in London to apply to our company, and conduct early-stage interviews. You’ll also get to organise events in the tech community, help plan meet-ups, and create content to help us hire.
This role is perfect for either a high-performing entry-level graduate or someone with a recruitment or professional experience.
You’ll love interacting with people, have an analytical mind, an engaging personality and enough technical capability to learn to comfortably converse with engineering candidates. You'll get to test and refine hiring practices to build a scalable talent pipeline and truly drive our growth.
