We are looking for a friendly, talented and team oriented person to be our internal UX expert and make sure we keep, and sharpen, our competitive edge as the easiest to use product in our category. Funnel is a Software as a Service product for automating complex marketing reporting flows and integrates with hundreds of marketing cloud services. Our customers use Funnel to draw spot on conclusions from their business and marketing data. We more than doubled our turnover in 2018, and the goal is the same for 2019. This is where you come in.
To be successful in this position you’ll need to learn the ins and outs of our customers’ day-to-day processes, prioritisations, and problems. We have an overall idea of what we need, but since this role does not yet exist at Funnel, you would get to add your own flavor.
You are, however, not expected to deliver wireframes or mockups but rather have a coaching role, assisting with solution discovery to the problems to be solved by the product.

You will be part of the product team of four people, and work in close collaboration with our 30 developers in engineering. The engineering teams are small, autonomous units and with very few exceptions, there are no deadlines. Instead, we always try to reduce the scope and build things iteratively. Although our product vision is always in the back of our minds, our actual planning rarely stretches over more than a couple of weeks. This allows us to always focus on the problems that we think have the biggest impact on the business, right now.
