Director of Customer Success at 3D Hubs

3D Hubs provides quick, easy, online, affordable access to a network of 3D printing, CNC & Injection Molding services. Our customers are Engineers in the Automotive, Aerospace or Medical Device industry. And to be honest: our platform is versatile and we're still discovering the full extent of what Engineers around the world can use it for. We are nowhere without our customers, so we like to help them get to their full potential by using our platform. That is the exact reason we’re looking for a Director of Customer Success, to ensure each customer has the best experience possible.
 
To be successful in this role you need to be full of energy and get kicks from making other people succeed. It’s a leading role, the team will be around 10+, and it’s on you to fulfil one mission: Make 3D Hubs the best service company in the manufacturing industry.
 
As you have a proven track record, you know measuring results and a data-driven approach is key to optimising customer satisfaction. Your KPI’s will be all about online reputation and customer satisfaction numbers.

What you’ll do:

    • Championing a customer-focused culture in a (remote) team of ±10 people;
    • Set up core processes for customer success at 3D Hubs;
    • Define a clear reporting structure to make customer success insightful;
    • Improve accessibility of 3D Hubs support (24/5 setup globally);
    • Improve quality (expertise) of 3D Hubs support.

What it takes:

      • 5+ years of experience leading customer success teams; 
      • You are empathic and you enjoy understanding the root causes of customer needs and solving their problems;
      • You are detail oriented and have top-notch verbal and written communication skills. 
      • Experience with setting up scalable feedback loops and customer support processes using software tools;
      • You are highly organised and good at setting priorities;
      • You are a sociable motivator, with good analytical skills;
      • An ambition to build highly motivated, hardworking, successful customer success teams;
