From clunky apps to hidden fees, banking is broken. So we decided to build a company from the ground that would challenge the bigger players and reinvent how people interact with their money — for the better.
Traditional banks are slow and expensive. Realistically, you’re nothing but a number to them with dollar signs attached. So, one continent at a time, we plan on changing this.

WHAT WE NEED 🚀
We're looking for a Talent Manager to sit within our HR team at our Krakow-based office to provide excellent HR service for our employees and support/advice head of departments in solving HR issues.
We've hired some of the most talented developers and designers that the world of tech has to offer, and We're keen to showcase their talent to the world - and that's where you come in.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING ✍️
Providing our employees with HR advice to solve their queries
Discussing with respected managers doubts connected with HR policies/Labour law
Being a mediator and negotiator between management and employees
Establishing efficient HR workflow and processes across the local team
Collaborating with other HR teams across UK and Russia to be aligned with global processes
Supporting the activities performed by the team and contributing to the team success
Being responsible for salary matrixes
Managing contracts - prolonging, promotions, terminations, salary rises etc.
WHAT SKILLS YOU'LL NEED 📖
Prior experience in a similar position (at least 2 years)
Flawless Polish and English - C1 level
Good knowledge of Polish Labour law
Knowledge of best practices in onboarding/offboarding
Basic knowledge of employment legalization procedures for foreigners in Poland (VISA, work permit, etc.)
Empathy and love for helping people
Ability to explain complex issues in an easy and understandable manner
Excellent communication skills
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Driven, self-motivated and highly flexible team player
Self-learner, independent problem-solver - proactive attitude!
Bachelor's degree or equivalent - best in HR/Management
