Tessian is growing at a phenomenal rate, from a team of 7 to a team of 70 in under two years. We create groundbreaking machine-intelligent software and work with world class organisations, including members of the FTSE 100, Fortune 500, and the world's most prestigious professional services and legal firms.
One of Tessian's next challenges is to accelerate our work with the world’s largest organisations. Ours is a bold ambition - and this is a market few startups succeed in breaking into - however we are determined and are working towards achieving this goal within the next year. We're still refining our processes and writing our enterprise playbook, and as an Enterprise Associate, you'll be taking the lead on helping to define these.
As a highly motivated, resourceful and detailed person, you'll have an incredible opportunity to join our existing Enterprise team as it's third member and help define this division from the inside. Yours will be a hybrid role, spanning elements of sales, marketing, research and more.
You'll have the chance to be hands-on straight away, and gain valuable experience in commercial strategy. You might not have prior experience in this area, but you'll have initiative, determination, and a desire to learn.

As an Enterprise Associate you will:

  • Research and map out key organisations we would like to partner with
  • Develop strategies for how we could make connections with these accounts
  • Work out Tessian’s value proposition for these organisations
  • Arrange events and breakfasts with industry leaders
  • Create processes and establish best practices for how we interact with partner organisations
  • Develop scalable processes for responding to common questions and requirements
  • Work closely with the Enterprise and Commercial teams to improve our sales processes

Being one of the Enterprise team's founding members could develop into:

  • Enterprise Business Development roles - sourcing and closing Tessian's largest deals
  • Marketing roles - focussing on how to attract inbound interest in Tessian's products
  • Sales Operations roles - taking the lead on Tessian’s commercial strategy and operations
  • Special Projects roles -  solving Tessian's most pressing commercial challenges

We'd love to meet someone who:

  • Has very high attention to detail
  • Has great initiative
  • Is determined and resourceful
  • Has 1-2 years professional experience, for example, in consulting or banking
  • Ideally has had some experience in sales or marketing
