WHAT WE NEED 🚀
We are looking for a Head of Regulatory Reporting to lead our Reporting team. The team will be a decentralised global team looking after changes in reporting requirements both internally due to product offering changes and externally due to changes in regulations. Additionally you will be in charge of ensuring the board our firm submits the right reports to the various jurisdictions we operates in a timely manner.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING ✍️
Manage the reporting framework across all the Revolut Group
Regulatory reporting and returns
Liquidity and recovery and resolution planning and reporting
PRA, FCA and COREP reporting and many other to come.
Liaison with UK, European and other Global prudential regulators.
WHAT SKILLS YOU’LL NEED 📖
• 7+ years in Regulatory reporting environment
• STEM degree
• Retail banking experience
• Experience in Compliance and Finance Reporting
• Experience in growing and managing teams
• Worked in 3 different banks in different locations or dealt with multiple regulatory bodies (a plus)
• Worked in a Fintech start up (a plus)
• Positive attitude: 'Can do' approach and willing to give everything a go
