Head of Employer Branding at Revolut

Traditional banks are slow and expensive. Realistically, you’re nothing but a number to them with dollar signs attached. So, one continent at a time, we plan on changing this.
To put it bluntly — it’s about getting shit done and owning what you do. We don’t hide behind fancy job titles or set up bureaucratic processes. Instead we treat our people equally, fairly and give them a ton of freedom and autonomy to create something awesome.

In three years, we’ve grown to over 700 people and we’re adding around 30 new additions each month. From engineers to marketers, we’re on the hunt for exceptional talent to help us scale our business and get Revolut in the hands of millions of people everywhere.
We are looking for an exceptionally driven individual to help scale our Employer Branding activities globally. As Head of Employer Branding, you will be leading a team Employer Branding Managers, Visual Designers and more towards the mission of making Revolut the best place to work globally.
You will play an instrumental role in helping to attract several thousand new colleagues annually.
Leading a team of several employer brand managers across our key offices globally
•Develop and implement a global strategy for attracting the world’s best and brightest talent
•Create, develop and deliver bold marketing campaigns that strengthen Revolut brand and supports the vision to be seen as the best fintech company to work at globally
•Share the insights across wider PeopleOps functions to inform our future talent initiatives
•Work side by side with our PeopleOps and Recruitment teams to help them improve quantity and quality of candidates applying for roles
Trackable marketing, recruitment, employer brand experience with a minimum of 5 years subject matter expertise in hypergrowth environments
•Experience of all aspects of people marketing including strategy, brand development, comms, digital and talent communications
•Delivery and result-orientated mindset
•Ability to navigate hyper-growing, complex organisation – think broadly to quickly understand priorities, join the dots and create compelling campaigns
•Ability to build high quality, sustainable relationships across many functions and levels within the organisation
•Significant experience of leading, developing and managing teams
•Confident communication style with the ability to simplify complex messages to be relevant to the audience
•Passion for communications and people engagement
