Operations is at the heart of our customers’ experience here at THG. We manufacture a wide range of sports nutrition and cosmetic consumer goods that we then dispatch to our customers in over 200 countries worldwide from our purpose built, innovative Manufacturing and Distribution Centres.

We are looking for

Responsibilities will include:

  • The Category Manager has overall responsibility for the P+L, results, growth strategy and brand identity across their product category.
  • Working in a new fast growing team, tasked with addressing top down product category growth across the group.
  • Identifying new and innovative ways to drive growth to the website as well as developing and improving traffic from existing channels.
  • Develop strong reporting skills while working with, Excel, Google analytics and SQL
  • Work in synergy with the rest of the THG teams including, Trading, Marketing, New product development and buying to hit shared KPIs
  • Using our in-house data & technology platform, with over 10 million customers and 360 million unique visitors per annum, we can share valuable insights on customer behaviour and trends.
  • Demonstrating best in class category insight, strategies and recommendations
  • Providing analytical support in the development of category plans
  • Leveraging internal resources to lead your category to profitable growth
  • Working closely with NPD and Brand teams to continually develop the Core range and build a premium customer experience
  • Work in synergy with the rest of the THG teams including, Trading, Marketing, New product development and buying to hit shared KPIs

REQUIREMENTS

  • University Degree preferred
  • Previous experience in category management preferred
  • Strong academic track record
  • Strong interest in Digital marketing channels and e-commerce
  • Proven communication and influencing skills
  • Commercially astute, ambitious and highly intelligent individuals who are hungry for success and genuine responsibility.
  • Entrepreneurial thinkers are welcome - those able to think outside the box best suited to a true 'start-up', agile environment with early responsibility for key decision making.
