From clunky apps to hidden fees, banking is broken. So we decided to build a company from the ground that would challenge the bigger players and reinvent how people interact with their money — for the better.
Traditional banks are slow and expensive. Realistically, you’re nothing but a number to them with dollar signs attached. So, one continent at a time, we plan on changing this.

WHAT WE NEED 🚀
We’re looking for a Quality Control Team Leader to sit within our ComplianceAML teams at our Krakow office.
We’ve hiring some of the most talented people that the world has to offer and we’re keen to showcase their talent to the world - and that’s where you come in. Our team is detail-oriented, technical and we love to get down into the nitty-gritty of our processes to deliver the best possible results.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING ✍️
Managing and mentoring Quality analysts team by driving individuals and teams KPIs
Ensuring effective quality assurance practices are in place through the development and implementation of standards, controls, and metrics
Providing analytical support in executing internal control discipline and operational excellence from compliance and customer experience sides
Analysing quality data to make informed decisions and provide feedback both to Product Owners and Team Leaders
Collaborating with other teams across different locations
Being flexible with responsibilities and have a positive attitude towards any changes to role, company/departmental objectives, priorities and targets
WHAT SKILLS YOU’LL NEED 📖
Between 1,5-3 years of previous compliance experience or 2+ years of QA Team Leader in Operational team
Soft skills to coach and motivate the team
Exceptional understanding of procedures and possibilities to identifying gaps
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Experience of working with data analysis and dashboards
Practical knowledge of SQL or willingness to learn it
You are fast-learner and independent problem-solver
Excellent report writing skills
You have flawless English
