Shipping Coordinator at Infarm

Who You Are

The primary responsibility of the Shipping Coordinator is to ensure that all items and materials listed in the Installation Shipment are collected and accounted for, organized, packed correctly and ready for delivery. Each shipment is allocated to a bay and specific outgoing date and time. As infarm continues to grow, many installation shipments will need to be compiled at the same time, and therefore punctuality, perspective, and overview are paramount. As infarm expands rapidly, this is an exciting time to join our Supply Chain team with the possibility of opportunities to grow within the role and the company.


  • Compile each shipping order and ensure each is complete and properly packed in the correct shipping bay in time for dispatch
  • Keep a broad overview of numerous outgoing shipments at the same time
  • Stay well informed and up to date on the Installation Calendar, notifying correct department/individuals of missing items or low stock
  • Act as the contact person for delivery drivers and ensure they have the correct delivery information
  • Assist drivers with loading all outgoing shipments
  • Receive returned packages, organize and stock appropriately
  • Stay involved in the final touches of production


  • Experience in Logistics or Supply Chain - Last Mile Logistics is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills (ability to plan, schedule and arrange own activities)
  • Strong problem solving & multi-tasking skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work under stress and a proactive attitude
  • Fluency in English and German
