We're looking for someone who lives and breathes helping every single colleague fulfill their own unique potential, so they can help us fulfill ours. Together with People Ops team, you will ensure that all People Operations at the Saint Petersburg office are carried out smoothly and effectively.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING ✍️
General office management (ordering stationary, office equipment etc.)
Providing day-to-day administrative support on a range of key business operational projects and initiatives
Coordination of employee on-boarding
Scheduling meetings and appointments
Maintaining company organisational structure
Working with vendors
WHAT SKILLS YOU'LL NEED 📖
At least 2 years of experience working on a similar position
English advanced level
Ability to project manage, prioritise and successfully meet deadlines
High degree of professional ethics and integrity
Enjoying working hard
Passionate about performing to highest level
High attention to detail
Able to be multi-tasking and proactive
