Head of Learning and Development at Revolut

We're looking for a Head Of Learning and Development (L&D) to help our talented employees develop their skills and knowledge. In this role, you should be passionate about helping people learn and grow. Excellent communication skills are essential. The ideal candidate will also have experience designing digital learning courses, working with different tools, and managing budgets. Ultimately, you will help Revolut succeed by training and developing our most important resource - our people.
 What You'll Be Doing
Develop & own the strategy for L&D across the business
Evaluate individual and organizational development needs
Implement various learning methods companywide (e.g. coaching, job-shadowing, online training) Design and deliver e-learning courses, workshops and other trainings
 Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities Foster a culture of long-term learning and development across the organisation
Help managers develop their team members through career path
 Track budgets and negotiate contracts
 Hire and oversee the L&D team
What Skills You'll Need
Proven experience as an L&D Manager, Training Manager or similar preferably in start-up or IT company.
Strong organisational and planning skills Process-driven, goal-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods
Familiarity with digital learning platforms and practices
Experience in project management and budgeting
Excellent communication and negotiation skills; sharp business acumen
Ability to build rapport with employees across all departments
Bachelor's degree in a technical field
 Professional certification (e.g. CIPD) is a plus
