Head of Customer Service at Kaia Health

As a Head of Customer Service you will:

  • Refine and further develop our customer service strategy turning a cost center in to a competitive advantage
  • Create performance reports for the measurement and further development of key performance indicators to achieve corporate goals
  • Be responsible for setting up, implementing and optimizing processes to increase efficiency
  • Partner with other leaders across the business – especially marketing and product – to ensure constant feedback based on customer insights to our product
  • Build up and develop the customer service team
  • Manage the team performance to ensure quality, effectiveness and efficiency 
  • Build up a world-class training and quality measurement for the customer service
  • Be responsible for coaching and mentoring your team, developing learning goals and supporting the personal development of your team members.

 The best candidate will have:

  • Strong quantitative skills and analytic mindset with academic background
  • Outstanding people and business skills with a background in creating an excellent customer service
  • Deep Knowledge and understanding of customer behavior and also knowing how to translate this into customer service and customer experience
  • In-Depth experience in handling and setting up Zendesk
  • Organizational talent and strong sense of responsibility
  • Strong hands-on attitude and the ability to adapt to a fast changing environment
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with fluency in English and German
