Sales Manager - Spain at carwow

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect Spanish dealers and sign them up to carwow
  • Be tenacious to open doors at the right level and create your own lead pipeline using creative solutions
  • Manage your lead pipeline effectively and accurately forecast your expected performance
  • Be responsible and accountable for hitting sales targets
  • Onboarding the dealers to the carwow system, working with the Account Manager to ensure a positive initial impression of carwow
  • Provide insight and knowledge via feedback from the marketplace to help us as a company to constantly evolve our products and services
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of how the automotive industry works
  • Collaborate with the wider team by sharing common objections and how to successfully overcome them

REQUIREMENTS

  • 2-3 years of experience of both telesales and in-person field sales highly desirable
  • Native spanish speaker
  • A strong consultative sales ability, with evidence of selling in B2B / SME environments
  • A strong academic background
  • Automotive experience is an advantage but not essential
  • A fast learner who is always looking for ways to “make it better” for customers in Spain
  • Desire to work for a fast-growing startup business
  • Eagerness to learn and to develop
  • High level of objection handling
  • Willingness to travel to meet prospects and to secure sales
