We work in cross functional delivery teams, close to product managers and the design team to create useful and great looking products. Together with the other development teams we make sure that the immense data sets are available in an efficient/effective way.

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Find it fun and inspiring to build web solutions
  • Believe that it’s an interesting challenge to work on a complex product

The applications team is based in central Gothenburg where we sit in charming offices with open tile stoves and views over the rooftops of Gothenburg. We collaborate closely within the team and discuss solutions (big as well as small) frequently and happily across the ongoing projects.  We help and support each other in finding the right solution in an inquisitive and open way.

To make sure we all keep our skills fresh we set up regular trainings in required areas. As an example, we have a collaborative Scala training where several developers (from different teams) meet once a week. In addition to this, net based trainings keep us engaged and travel to external conferences.

Recorded future is a company with a friendly atmosphere, swift decision making procedures and high pace. We are plus 300 employees across the world with focal areas in Boston (head office) and Gothenburg (R&D). The R&D management team consists of 50% women and we put an effort into creating and maintaining an environment that is inclusive and that offers some activities for all. Examples are kids hack for the families, meditation together with the other offices and Friday beer with Mario Kart.  With Summer and Christmas parties. In addition we have regular hackathons where the whole company convene and excel.
