Customer Programs Director at Tessian

As one of the fastest-growing cybersecurity companies in the world, our customer base is increasing exponentially and we are looking for a customer-focused leader to scale our customer programs through the next phase of growth.

Customer programs at Tessian is a truly cross functional role responsible for ensuring the central elements of the customer journey (onboarding, support and training) are delivered in a way that consistently exceeds expectations.

Working closely with Engineering, Product and the Commercial areas of the business, this role will combine technical aptitude, customer focus and a data-driven approach to problem solving and program delivery, owning and reporting on key metrics such as NPS, retention and advocacy.

Reporting to the Head of Client Development (Customer Success), this role presents an opportunity to own, build and continually refine a key area of the business at one of the best-funded and fastest growing European Enterprise technology companies. Initiative

Leadership

Is a customer-focused leader with a high EQ and a proven track record of success

Understands how to nurture, support and motivate a service-based team

Demonstrates powerful team spirit and builds consensus whilst coordinating across teams

Experience

Has a track record of making customers successful in a post sales SaaS environment (in particular working with or for large enterprises)

Experienced with program development and project delivery

Proven ability at working successfully with cross functional stakeholders

Effective at driving internal change management, ensuring new programs,  processes, tools and working practices are fully adopted and utilised

Has a deep understanding of SaaS and the intricacies of running successful customer programs

Is passionate about bringing a consumer like experience to B2B software

Innovative and curious

Uses data to inform and verify decisions, whilst being innovative in their approach

Loves autonomy and to take ownership

Has a strong technical aptitude, with the willingness and desire to understand complex technological concepts

Base salary of £60,000 to £85,000 (depending on experience), with annual salary reviews
