As a Product Specialist, you will know the ins and outs of Funnel, and you will also get to know Funnel’s customers and their needs. Together with a Sales Representative, you will work with the customer during the trial process, making sure Funnel is implemented correctly and that we deliver a successful proof of concept. You will also collaborate with the whole Customer Success team on more complex projects to help customers reach their objectives with the Funnel platform. We have clients all over the world so you will get to interact with people from a myriad of different countries and cultures.
For you to be successful at Funnel, you need to have the whole team’s best interest at heart.
