The rapidly-expanding People Operations department plays a crucial role in Revolut’s development as we grow into a major international business. Our goal is to ensure that our 1000-strong team are operating at their best, in a well-structured, high performance environment.
People Operations is a business-critical department that will give you exposure across the company and enable you to play a big part in Revolut’s drive to be the biggest financial services company on the planet.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for an HR Manager to sit within our HR Management function at our San Francisco office to provide excellent HR service for our employees and support/advice head of departments in solving HR issues. We've hired some of the most talented developers and designers that the world of tech has to offer, and We're keen to showcase their talent to the world - and that's where you come in.
What you will be doing:
Providing our employees with HR advice to solve their queries
Discussing with respected managers doubts connected with HR policies/Labour law
Being a mediator and negotiator between management and employees
Establishing efficient HR workflow and processes across the local team
Collaborating with other HR teams across UK and Russia to be aligned with global processes
Supporting the activities performed by the team and contributing to the team success
Being responsible for salary matrixes
Managing contracts - prolonging, promotions, terminations, salary rises etc.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
Prior experience in similar position (at least 2 years)
Deep knowledge of Labour law
Knowledge of best practices in onboarding/offboarding
Empathy and love for helping people
Ability to explain complex issues in an easy and understandable manner
Excellent communication skills
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Driven, self-motivated and highly flexible team player
Self-learner, independent problem-solver - proactive attitude!
Bachelor's degree or equivalent - best in HR/Management
