At Simple Feast we are on a mission to change the world’s eating habits towards a more sustainable future, and we’re doing it by showing off the power of plants. Each week we make life easier for families in Sweden and Denmark by delivering organic, plant-based meal kits that you can serve in 10 minutes.

We’re a diverse group of enthusiastic food nerds, climate fighters, engineers, designers, marketing specialists etc. We’re a very ambitious team and we have a lot of fun together!

We’re growing fast and need to add more talented people to the team to make sure we have the infrastructure in place to keep up with our growth. We are looking for a person who can take on the key position of Customer Service & Insights.

What you'll do

The role will be based in Copenhagen and is the face of the company, as the go-to person for our customers when they interact with our team. It is a mixture of communications, support and research, both responding to customers online, making sure they receive our service smoothly and analysing and understanding their needs. Responsibilities include:

  • Your focus will be to nurture and grow our existing Danish customers and inspire people to go plant-based
  • Managing customer queries on social media, email and over the phone to help them use our services, including meal boxes, subscriptions, and recipe apps
  • Prioritise for the best customer experience and also staying aware of how to drive retention across the entire customer base
  • You'll be curious and contribute to our product development by gathering feedback from customers and sharing insights across the company in order to improve our product and service 
  • Manage post sales activity for customers, through strong relationsship building, product knowledge, planning and execution
  • Coordinate with our partners to make sure the service runs smoothly
  • Plan and tracking orders/deliveries, as well as coordinate between our customers during delivery days (Sundays)
  • Building your knowledge around plant-based nutrition and sustainability

Who you are

We believe the person who will do well in this role will be:

  • Someone with a service mindset that understands the importance of building long-term relationships, demonstrated by experience in industries like food & hospitality, customer service or similar
  • Fluent in Danish and potentially Swedish, and with excellent verbal communication and writing skills
  • Patient, with the ability to keep calm and positive even after dealing with multiple tough cases over the phone
  • A great problem solver
  • Curious and empathetic when it comes to understanding customer needs
  • Work independently and great at building strong relationships 
  • Enthusiastic for our industry and excited to join one of Europe’s most ambitious and sustainable start-ups


This is a full-time position, and you will work from our office in Refshaleøen, Copenhagen. You should be prepared for some weekend work in connection to the planning and delivery of our meal boxes.
