Each week we make life easier for families in Sweden and Denmark by delivering organic, plant-based meal kits that you can serve in 10 minutes.
We’re a diverse group of enthusiastic food nerds, climate fighters, engineers, designers, marketing specialists etc. We’re a very ambitious team and we have a lot of fun together!
We’re growing fast and need to add more talented people to the team to make sure we have the infrastructure in place to keep up with our growth. We are looking for a person who can take on the key position of Customer Service & Insights.
What you'll do
The role will be based in Copenhagen and is the face of the company, as the go-to person for our customers when they interact with our team. It is a mixture of communications, support and research, both responding to customers online, making sure they receive our service smoothly and analysing and understanding their needs. This is a full-time position, and you will work from our office in Refshaleøen, Copenhagen. You should be prepared for some weekend work in connection to the planning and delivery of our meal boxes.
