Role Core Responsibilities:

  • Ensure content is managed in a timely manner and content targets are being met
  • Ensure unrivalled, high quality production values are adhered to at all times
  • Scout for partnership opportunities with external contributors and/or publishers in order to reach new audiences
  • Monitor overall blog performance and ensure best search engine optimisation practices are being followed by all members of the team
  • Meet with Trading and Marketing teams to gather needs in order to be able to plan content efficiently
  • Liaise with the other marketing channels to find ways of amplifying the content
  • Carry out regular quality assurance checks on content
  • Train people up in all fields pertaining to content marketing
  • Identify new features and functionalities for the blogs with the goal to increase engagement and improve conversion rates
  • Use standard reporting tools like Google Analytics to analyse website’s statistics


  • Experience in a content focused professional role
  • A degree in a relevant area of education – Journalism, English, PR etc.
  • A passion for digital and content marketing and demonstrated experience of how this can be used to drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Good knowledge of on-page SEO best practices
  • Able to bring new ideas and proposals to execute via our owned and operated digital channels and to provide valued input into marketing plans.
  • Proactive mind-set and can-do attitude. Be able to identify opportunities and pursue them.
  • Attention to detail and passionate about Content Marketing
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Analysis and reporting of key metrics
