- Support employees for all HR Matters
- Preparation of HR documents (contracts, mutations, work certificate, etc.)
- Management and follow-up of vacation and absences
- Registration of the employee to social security
- Payroll preparation and coordination with local fiduciaries
- Evaluations process management
- Updates HR Process and propositions for improuvment
- 1-2 years of experience in similar role
- Similar experience within an international environment
- English Fluent
- Good usage of MS-Office
