What you'll do:

    • Drive qualified pipeline with all assigned Partners nationwide, providing accurate and updated bookings forecast with the current status
    • Provide weekly, monthly and quarterly overview of pipeline and forecasted opportunities to meet or exceed quota requirements, in Salesforce
    • On-time deployment of Aircall Partner Program initiatives
    • Develop Partner recruiting strategy and identifying new indirect routes-to-market
    • Meet with Partners, participate in joint sales calls to customers and assist the Partner in closing opportunities
    • Assist Partners in broadening their Aircall platform expertise, generating revenue through Partner selling resources
    • Effectively on-board partners while training product, processes, and effective sales techniques
    • Escalate any pricing, SLA, or other issues as needed
    • Manage and facilitate Partner access to appropriate support and overlay resources
    • Socialize all communications and announcements with Partner roster
    • Coordinate Partner participation in events and pieces of training

What you'll bring:

    • 10+ years’ of proven success growing revenue via Channel Partners throughout North America
    • Experienced and comfortable working in a fast-paced, start-up environment while building a program from the ground-up
    • Proven relationships with Channel Partners and the ability to identify and develop new Partnerships.
    • Advanced understanding of current market dynamics and competitive landscape
    • Solid understanding of Aircall and Partner Program financial metrics coupled with working knowledge and operating experience in the Cloud Communications space (UCaaS, CCaaS, CPaaS)
    • Ability to travel an average of 50%
