Employer Branding Manager at ComplyAdvantage

We are super excited to be recruiting for an Employer Branding Manager to help drive the our brand both internally and externally - helping raise the window into the business so everyone can see exactly what a great business we are!

  • Work with an employer branding specialist to plan the best initiatives to employ
  • Create the narrative that we will use on social and in key messaging moments relating to people and culture
  • Manage our careers presence on linkedin / glassdoor to further enhance the perception of ComplyAdvantage
  • Work with Engineering, Marketing, Recruitment and Diversity communities to create content for social. Work with the product/Service/Sales/engineering teams to create the people stories and share them on social
  • Create tool kits and upskill the People and Talent teams and senior leaders on how to optimize their and Comply’s social presence
  • Identify and manage the application process of which awards Comply should win in order to optimize our employer branding and bring the best talent into the organisation
  • Measured on # people using social, # views and engagement on social channels
  • Manage Hackathons and other event initiatives
  • Understand why Comply is unique to work at and help make it even better


  • Able to understand and develop insightful solutions that appeal to target audiences.
  • Guru on social media – will be a blogger and have a presence on Linkedin, FB, Instagram, ideally some of the tech site slack etc
  • Creative, video and writing skills
  • Organised
  • Analytical
  • Externally connected and inquisitive
