Regional Manager Franchise at Frontier Car Group
Lahore, PK / Punjab, India

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Achieve franchise sales targets for the period (Number of Franchises / Franchise Growth)
  • Evaluate franchisee applications based on documentary proof of business, financial capability, sector experience / knowledge, location suitability, and other factors to propose new franchisees for senior management approval
  • Implement the franchising operating standards and customer experience protocols as set by the management, and ensure compliance with applicable terms and conditions
  • Conduct trainings for franchisees, franchise support executives, and franchisee sales staff as per the requirements of the company
  • Advice and assist successful franchise applicants in their business to achieve franchisee sales targets of all SKUs, including but not limited to car sales, VAS sales, investment, capacity growth, etc.
  • Ensure timely payments and monitor franchisee stock and revenue for transparency purposes
  • Conduct dispute resolution between Franchisee and the company, as well as customers and the franchisee
  • Manage, train and monitor territory managers and franchise support executives via on-job training and other initiatives, where and when required
  • Plan and execute marketing initiatives as and when required to boost franchisee sales, like CarBazaar or Open House events
  • Coordinate with internal departments for specialized training and support to the Franchisee, where required
  • Monitor stock condition and inventory levels to ensure transparency
  • Develop road map for expansion and growth, and highlight challenges for review by the senior management

What are we looking for

  • At least a bachelors degree for Business or Commerce skills
  • At least 5 years of experience in similar Sales Team Management role
  • Familiarity with Sales / Lead Management software and good IT skills (Microsoft Office, Email, etc.)
  • Franchise management experience greatly preferred, interest in Cars will be a plus
