Junior Brand Marketing Manager - DACH & Scandinavia at Vestiaire Collective

About the role

Vestiaire Collective is seeking a talented and motivated Junior Brand Marketing Manager to join the team based in Berlin, with immediate effect. Reporting into the Senior Marketing and PR Manager, you will be tasked with guiding the overall DACH and Scandinavian marketing strategy for Vestiaire Collective, working closely with internal teams and also relevant local agencies/partners to create an engaging member experience and drive business results.

What you’ll do

  • Help develop and implement the DACH and Scandinavian marketing strategy to further brand awareness and reach
  • Provide strategic support to the Senior Marketing and PR Manager and wider team
  • Provide Marketing and PR event support in target markets including project coordination, communication and hands on offline event production
  • Support to develop compelling campaigns to increase traffic to and drive conversion (sharing local insights with the Global Brand and Growth team in Paris HQ)
  • Work closely with DACH and Scandinavian Growth Manager to drive multi-channel thinking and create an engaging customer experience that is consistent across channel execution
  • Work closely with the DACH and Scandinavian PR team to ensure both Marketing & PR are closely aligned
  • Support on seeking out new marketing opportunities such as PR and commercial partnerships that will fit the brand and will maximize broader business goals
  • Produce project and campaign specific reports, to be shared within a timely manner
  • Assist Senior Marketing & PR Manager in updating budget sheets weekly
  • Ensure copywriting adheres to the brand ‘tone of voice’ guidelines, for a variety of uses across all marketing channels and to promote the brand generally
  • Ensure that Vestiaire Collective as a brand is represented correctly and consistently across all target media
  • Remain engaged in the fashion world; continually up to date on news, marketing trends and happenings in the industry

The Ideal Candidate

  • Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Strong Entrepreneurial Spirit
  • Interest in the global fashion industry, with a specific focus on DACH & Scandinavia
  • Demonstrated experience working with cross functional partners internally and externally
  • Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and committed to getting projects completed on time
  • Ability to manage and work across multiple teams in different geographic zones
  • Detail oriented, organized and flourishes when multitasking
  • Proactive/ High-degree of initiative. A hands-on collaborative style of working is a must and an eagerness to learn
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluent in English, huge plus German, Danish, Swedish or Finish mother tongue a plus
  • Candidate should be enthusiastic, articulate, poised and professional
  • Position based in Berlin
  • Candidate ideally has < 5 years experience from marketing roles
