Business Developer intern - Northern Europe Market (German/Nordics) at Aircall

Aircall is an advanced cloud-based phone system. Our platform easily integrates with CRM, support, and SaaS tools, giving users all the context they need to deliver superior service. As a Team member at Aircall, you’ll be interacting day by day with passionate people.
 
We are seeking a gifted and talented hunter for lead qualification and sales on the German market based in our Paris office. This role involves researching companies, organize sales outbound campaigns, and qualifying each opportunity before sending to an Account Executive. It is a fast-paced role that fits high energy and smart sales people.
 

What you will do:

    • Understand Aircall’s business value and product vision. Understand our customer profiles and their specific challenges and needs. 
    • Identify relevant sales targets and gather key lead information across Germany: verticals, customer segments, current solutions, etc
    • Run outbound prospecting campaigns (emails, calls) to raise curiosity and interest, and hunt business opportunities
    • Represent Aircall towards the German market with integrity and professionalism at all times, and escalate your inputs to the Country Manager
    • Travel with the German team to all events

What we are looking for:

    • Fluency in German is mandatory. You will be emailing, calling, meeting German native prospects
    • Impressive communication skills: active listening, empathy, problem-solving attitude
    • Rigor and organization: ability to manage tightly, over time, a large quantity of information
    • Willingness to learn at all time and entrepreneurial spirit to open the German market
    • Enthusiasm, fun and teamplay. This might be the single most important point, even if it’s the last :-)
